Robert F. Kennedy Jr. recently said that a parasitic worm found its way into his brain, “ate a portion of it and then died.” He also claimed that Covid-19 was genetically engineered to spare people of Jewish and Chinese descent.
He, too, is running for President and his campaign was boosted by Joe Biden’s performance this week and by a few billion dollars from the former (very short-term) wife of one of the richest men in the world. Whom he just happened to tap as his running mate.
Biden’s performance was dismal. His staff likely coached him to seem awake, alive, and agile — at least for 90 minutes — which was the length of the debate. He failed.
Some of Mr. Trump’s handlers said on TV (and I am quoting them) that they advised him to sound normal for 90 minutes. Or as one commentator on his side said, to “portray normalness.” I swear, that’s what she said.
He did make sure to tell tens of millions of people watching worldwide that he “did not have sex with a porn star.” That is a quote.
But his statements did not make the news. What did make the news were senior moments that belonged to Joe. In other words, while Joe looked and sounded like he is 81, Mr. Trump sounded like he is a three years younger. That means if he’s elected again, he will end his term at the lithe, limber, light-footed age of 83.
In other news:
*Brain information travels up to an impressive 268 miles per hour.
*Many dinosaurs had brightly colored feathers like birds
*A piece of brain tissue the size of a grain of sand contains 100,000 neurons and 1 billion synapses.
*It’s a myth that you only use 10 percent of your brain. You actually use all of it. And need all of it, too.
Brilliant observations. Thank you!
goddamn Trump to hell. and the press who let him get away with it by focusing entirely on Biden. FTS.
