God that sounds terrifying Judith, more so than any of your previous descriptions. I certainly had plenty of disorientation following my brain bleed and still do w chronic migraines, but your brain after the damn truck was something else. Your bravery to keep recovering and writing and parenting and working is like nothing I've ever read about. Has Jill Bolte Taylor heard your story? Her stroke story was helpful to me. But your particular take and artistic manner of representing it is marvelous! Thank you for giving your experience to all of us who follow you.
