Oh I would love to read a “too literary” piece from you as I know it will be lovely and sparkly! Just what we all need!

I would be pretty happy to receive a rejection like THAT.

Good for you and obviously, submit elsewhere!

You wrote: "... it wasn't your world and you weren't you and couldn't be you ever again" J., I didn't know you back then, but I have met you now, and she is good. So, whoever you were, I'm sorry for the loss you must feel, but you are creating someone lovable, creative, kind ... whoever you want to be now. You are sharing insights we would not have known or understood without your help. Thank you.

I like literary. Your writing is lyrical, not hysterical. We like what you are doing.

He’s not one of your people. You are building a tribe. Keep going. Literary? Sure. And lovely.

So you are color number 10,000,001! Well, you are unique, and most likely you need more than one color to be you. Maybe 10,000,001 colors are needed to accurately represent you in your complexity! Maybe a lovely plaid, or perhaps a stunning paisley design! Finally, the literary aspect of your writing is an attraction, and not easily matched by most writers. ✍️

They are not ignorant, they know their market and they know their management and what their management demands.

He knows what his management wants

and what they believe their readers want. Which is somewhat tableoidesque.
